Dubai, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 11/07/2025The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for acquiring and managing small-to-medium business (SMB) clients through direct, door-to-door sales efforts. This role involves generating leads, closing sales, and building strong customer relationships to drive revenue growth in the telecom sector.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and target SMB customers for telecom services through door-to-door sales.Present and promote telecom products and services, in selling GSM connections (Postpaid, Fiber, and Business On).Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.Prospect new business opportunities and maintain a steady pipeline of potential clients.Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and conduct face-to-face meetings.Utilize CRM tools to track sales progress and update customer information.Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with SMB customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.Provide after-sales support, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.Market & Competitor AnalysisStay updated on telecom industry trends, competitive offerings, and market conditions.Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve sales strategies.Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and technical support.Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.RequirementsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).3+ years of B2B or SMB sales experience, preferably in telecom or related industries.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Job Location – Abu DhabiStrong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence in sales efforts.Skills & ProficienciesProficiency in selling GSM connections (Postpaid, Fiber, and Business On).#J-18808-Ljbffr
