Senior Sales Executive - Engineering and Technical Solutions

We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team reporting directly to the Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting individual sales targets maintaining profit margins and achieving departmental KPIs. The role includes handling tenders preparing and following up on quotations attending client meetings and supporting project execution. The position also involves close coordination with clients consultants internal departments and suppliers to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesAchieve individual sales targets and maintain profit marginsImprove market share and coverage in the assigned territoryMonitor and control sales budget to meet departmental KPIsReview tenders analyze deviations and prepare compliance statementsSelect suitable products to meet customer requirementsPrepare estimates send quotations and follow up with clientsAttend technical and commercial meetings negotiate and finalize ordersSubmit technical submittals and shop drawings for consultant approvalFollow up on approvals payments and attend site meetingsMaintain strong relationships with clients consultants and contractorsCoordinate with factory and suppliers for sales-related activitiesPlace orders with factories and follow up on shipmentsCollaborate with internal departments for supportGrow customer base and maintain existing relationshipsSource new suppliers for non-competitive or unavailable productsTransfer project files to Installation Department with complete documentationSupport ongoing projects and maintain client relationships for future businessStay updated on international standards and local regulationsRequirementsBachelor s degree required1 2 years relevant work experience in sales engineeringExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plusStrong coordination and networking abilitiesProfessional organized punctual and detail-orientedProficient in Windows OS and Microsoft Office applicationsWorking knowledge of AutoCAD preferredUAE driving license and own car (vehicle allowance provided)BenefitsFamily BenefitsPaid LeaveMedical InsuranceTravel TicketsT&Cs Applies as per Group Policy#J-18808-Ljbffr
