Job Description
Participation in the turnover and margin achieving process build up and manage the projects from his/her area/regionProposes pricing and sales strategy for his/her area/region and the main business segments to help the long-term profitabilityStrategic development and marketing of the product segmentsAnalyze the territory/markets potential competition track sales & status reportsContinuous business planning looking for relevant projects and partnersAs a result of face-to-face and online negotiations support and follow up of the quotation processEstablish support develop and maintain positive business company reputation and customer relationshipsComprehensive technical advice training and support for customers in the area/regionProactive cooperation with the back office as well as the service and development departmentsTracking implementing exploring new marketsAdministration and reporting (monthly reports forecasts CRM database according to the defined KPIs and Performance Evaluation System)Have an in-depth understanding of the customer strategy in the country KSA and define an account strategy that drives profitable high growth opportunities for the JV as well as operationally managing the execution handling the after negotiation c e.g handling payments collection deliveries with SC handover of the project.Effectively manages complex dynamics within the customer ecosystem cross-functional customer team 3rd partys pacifiers & deal influencers The JV partners and alliances and have the ability to identify and engage with different stake holders for the related projects opportunity.QualificationsTechnical study/education with first commercial background or commercial study/education with first technical backgroundMinimum 5 years of relevant experience within the field of lighting or associated sectors (competition wholesale Pre Supplier).Driving License is Required. Should be having a car to be used for business daily need.Languages: English (B1/B2) local languageAdvanced selling communication and negotiation skillsAdvanced internal/external networking skillsOpen for strategic approachesPrioritizing time management and organizationGood presentation easy contact at sales levels ability to establish long-term relationshipsCustomer focused attitudeSelf motivated and target drivenGood soft skills in customer relationship managementAdditional InformationThis postion is based in Dubai UAERespect is one of our Values.
