Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer with strong experience in Electrical and Industrial product sales for the Oil & Gas sector. The role involves driving sales within a trading-led, multi-brand environment while building and strengthening brand relationships and market presence over time. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, managing key stakeholder relationships, and handling the full sales cycle from technical recommendations to order closure.ResponsibilitiesDrive sales of Electrical and Industrial products into the Oil & Gas sector (upstream, midstream, downstream)Develop business through trading, project supplies, and repeat ordersBuild and manage relationships with end users, EPC contractors, consultants, and procurement teamsSource, recommend, and promote electrical & industrial products based on technical and commercial requirementsSupport brand development and marketing initiatives through customer engagement and value-based sellingIdentify opportunities to introduce and grow strategic brands within key accountsHandle RFQs, techno-commercial offers, pricing, negotiations, and order closuresCoordinate with sourcing, logistics, and internal support teamsMaintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and market intelligenceMonitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer preferencesRequirementsGraduation / Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering8–15 years of UAE/GCC experience in Electrical & Industrial sales, preferably in Oil & GasStrong exposure to industrial trading and multi-brand sales environmentsProven ability to sell without exclusive brand dependencyExperience in brand development, positioning, and customer educationGood understanding of tendering, EPC procurement, and sourcing processesStrong commercial, negotiation, and relationship management skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
