Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESIdentify and develop new business opportunities with plumbing merchants, distributors and key clients in healthcare, aged care, education, and industrial markets.Build strong relationships and introduce innovative sanitary ware solutions to existing and new customers.Collaborate with technical teams to meet customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions.Organize and participate in client training sessions and product demonstrations.Attend industry events and provide insights on market trends and competitor activities.Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to schedule deliveries, handle technical customer service requests and act as a key contact for customer support within the region to maintain high service standards.Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as required.EXPERIENCEMinimum 5 years of experience in sanitary ware sales within UAE (GCC experience preferred).EDUCATIONBachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Design, or a related discipline.MANAGEMENTN/AQUALIFICATIONSStrong technical aptitude in Enware product and understanding of solution-based selling.Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally to customers and internal teams.Valid UAE driving license.Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements in the UAE/GCC region.Proven ability to conduct consultative technical sales, including needs analysis, solution presentation, and proposal development.Ability to deliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions.Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams.Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders at all levels.Self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving project opportunities to closure.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on product developments and industry trends.#J-18808-Ljbffr
