Responsible for supporting the companys interests and establishing business relationships to enhance outside sales performance.Job DescriptionTo establish prospect and develop a professional relationship with the Customers.To understand the customer needs and suggest products and/or services that meet the customer needs.To add value and support business growth within the defined segment.To prospect bid opportunities participate in the preparation of bid responses and the negotiation with potential customers.To develop and handle new customers portfolio & leads.To bridge the gap between our technical capabilities and the needs of our customers.To gather and analyze customers feedback to identify areas for improvement.Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings through market research and ongoing education.Preparing technical documentation and sales materials including submittals quotations presentations etc.Presenting and demonstrating technical products or services to potential clients.Answering technical questions and addressing client concerns.To have focused mindset towards achieving the assigned annual sales target in the respective categories of New Service Agreement & Service Repairs while complying with company Finance Ethics and Sales Policies.RequirementsMechanical/Industrial or equivalent Bachelors Degree.To be located in the UAE with relevant experience.Minimum of 3 years of experience on the HVAC Industry.Good Communication & Interpersonal skills.Drivers License (50% of the time you will be visiting customers).Our Commitment to YouAt Carrier our greatest assets are the expertise creativity and passion of our employees.
