Role SummaryWe are hiring a results-oriented Senior Sales Associate to drive revenue growth by selling customized digital and technology solutions including: Custom Web Applications, Custom Mobile Applications, Ready AI Products, Digital Marketing Services. The role involves managing company-provided leads while actively generating new business opportunities across SMEs, Corporate clients, and Government entities within the UAE.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve annual revenue target of AED 1.8 Million (range AED 1.5–2M)Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closingGenerate new leads through networking, referrals, and outbound outreachIdentify and engage decision-makers across SME, Corporate & Government sectorsConduct client meetings, presentations & solution demonstrationsCollaborate with technical teams for customized proposalsMaintain CRM accuracy and sales forecasting KPIsAnnual Target: AED 1.8MPipeline Coverage: Minimum 3x monthly targetLead-to-Conversion RatioClient Retention & Repeat BusinessQuarterly & Monthly Sales PerformanceCompensationMonthly base: AED 10,000 – 15,000. Attractive performance-based commission.Ideal Candidate3–5 years B2B Sales experience (UAE preferred)Experience in Software / Digital Marketing / Ecommerce SalesProven revenue achievement track recordStrong consultative & solution-based selling skillsExperience dealing with SMEs & Corporate clientsArabic speaker preferred (not mandatory)#J-18808-Ljbffr
