By collecting substantial data from across the world they blend human expertise with technology, making sure we can deliver innovative insights to brands everywhere.The Senior Research Executive will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, designing and executing research projects, and providing insightful analysis to support client decision‑making.Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of quantitative methodologies, experience leading and successfully delivering projects, and a collaborative and curious approach to finding solutions.This position is based in Dubai and will report directly to the Research Manager.What you’ll be doingClient Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored research solutions.Project Design and Execution: Plan and deliver quantitative research projects including proposal writing, project planning, data collection and analysis. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze research data to generate actionable insights and present findings to clients in a compelling manner.Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including marketing, IT and customer service to ensure flawless project execution and delivery.Quality Control: Ensure all research outputs meet the highest quality standards and meet or even exceed client expectations.Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of research methodologies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.The skills & experience you’ll needBachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Business, Statistics or a related field. A Master’s degree is helpful.Proven experience (3 years) in market research with a focus on quantitative research methodologies. Client management and project execution experience are preferred.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualisation (e.g. SPSS, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent project management skills; great at running multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive and results‑oriented approach.LocationDubai Jumeirah Lakes Towers, United Arab EmiratesKantar Rewards StatementAt Kantar we have an integrated way of rewarding our people based on a simple, clear, and consistent set of principles.
