Job OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor specializing in Landscape for our Dubai location. This full-time position requires a minimum of 7 to a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience. The role involves managing cost estimation, contracts, and project management in landscape projects.Qualifications and SkillsProficiency in cost estimation software to accurately predict project costs and manage budgets effectively.Extensive experience in contract management to ensure compliance with all terms and leverage negotiation skills.Competence in project management, coordinating resources and schedules to deliver high-standard results.Strong value engineering skills to optimize project efficiency and resource utilization.Excellent negotiation abilities to work with contractors and vendors for favorable terms.Proficient in AutoCAD for accurate design interpretations and managing project alterations in landscape settings.In-depth understanding of landscape features and installation requirements to provide accurate assessments.Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams using advanced BIM methodologies.Roles and ResponsibilitiesLead the estimation process of landscape projects to ensure cost accuracy and project feasibility.Manage contract negotiations and administration, safeguarding the company's interests in terms of cost and compliance.Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including architects and contractors, for seamless project execution.Implement value engineering principles to enhance the cost-effectiveness of the landscaping projects.Use project management skills to oversee project timelines, resources, and quality of landscape construction.Prepare detailed reports and present them to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.Ensure that all design changes and project proposals meet local and international standards and regulations.Maintain high levels of client service through prompt and clear communication, fulfilling client expectations.Kindly share resume to careers@innolinkdigitalservices.com#J-18808-Ljbffr
