In this role, you will be crucial in overseeing the commercial and cost-related components of this iconic mixed-use development program.Key ResponsibilitiesLead cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial control activitiesManage contract administration, variations, claims, and final accountsReview and certify interim payments and monitor project cash flowProvide commercial advice and reporting to project and client leadershipEnsure compliance with contract terms, procedures, and PMC standardsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field10+ years’ experience in quantity surveying/commercial managementStrong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and PMC environmentsExperience on large-scale developments in KSA preferredMRICS or equivalent certification is an advantage#J-18808-Ljbffr
