Senior Quantity Surveyor

HCO works on a wide range of project types, including residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare.We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at our Khobar Head Office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quantity surveying for large-scale construction projects, with strong knowledge of cost management, contract administration, and project budgeting in line with international standards and Saudi regulations.Prepare and review detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation.Monitor project costs and manage budgets to ensure financial targets are met.Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and risk assessments.Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.Manage variation orders, claims, and contract amendments.Liaise with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure accurate cost reporting and compliance with contractual obligations.Maintain accurate cost records, reports, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Support the project team in resolving commercial and contractual issues.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor on large-scale construction projects.Strong knowledge of cost management, contract administration, and construction practices.Familiarity with international standards and Saudi construction regulations.Excellent documentation, reporting, and negotiation skills.Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.#J-18808-Ljbffr
