We partner with customers to deliver projects and create value over the life of their assets. were bridging two worlds moving towards more sustainable energy sources while helping to provide the energy chemicals and resources needed now.Work Performed:Review deliverables list from Contractor comparing this with contractual deliverables and scheduled deliverablesControl monitor and report Contractors performance against the scheduleKeep track of all technical communication between Contractor/Licensors and Company/LicensorsKeep track of all Notes of Meetings related to the scopeMaintain an Action Log for the scope and reporting to PM the open actionsFollow up and reporting on all Licensor deliverables and reporting to PM and Process Manager 1 day before the weekly management meeting with ContractorEnsure proper filing of all documents related to the scopeEnforce the Management of Change processPrepare the Weekly Report for PM approvalPrepare BPSC presentation materials in collaboration with the Process Manager for PM approvalPrepare Monthly Report in collaboration with Process Manager for PM approvalEnsure the effective liaison and coordination by Contractor between all partiesEnsure that all tasks assigned by the Project Manager are completed on time and within budgetAttend internal/external Project reviews and other meetings as necessaryKeep up to date with and adhere to Company and Project related proceduresAttend internal progress and engineering meetings as required with the Contractors and LicensorsParticipate in continuous risk analysis of the engineering worksEnsure all deliverables and other requirements in ADNOC VAP procedure are fulfilledTrack all VAP proposalsSupport the Process Manager with any confidential issuesSupport the Process Manager with all tasks assignedResponsible for preparing confidentiality procedures within the area for PM approvalRun confidential trainings and keep record of all NDA and individuals trained within the area.Required Experience:Senior IC#J-18808-Ljbffr
