We are seeking a Senior Product Designer for our client, a leading bank in the UAE, to join their Digital Office. If you’re passionate about creating user‑centric designs and exceptional digital experiences, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact in the banking industry.Role OverviewAs a Senior Product Designer, you will be at the forefront of designing digital experiences that resonate with users. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to craft seamless user flows, design concepts, and visual components, ensuring alignment with best practices and brand principles.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the creative execution of products, driving the overall look and feel and ensuring designs align with the organizational vision and brand identity.Develop wireframes, prototypes, and digital experiences using design best practices.Collaborate with designers, researchers, and engineers in an Agile environment.Conduct workshops with stakeholders for requirements gathering and refinement.Estimate design efforts, plan user experience workstreams, and conduct user testing (card sorting, tree testing) to refine digital experiences.Assess existing digital interfaces for UX consistency, information architecture, and navigation effectiveness.Partner with cross‑functional teams, including front‑end engineers and product owners, providing and incorporating feedback to ensure high‑quality deliverables.Articulate design decisions to stakeholders and adapt based on constructive feedback.EducationHolding a degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Media Design or a related field.
