Senior Process Engineer

Job Title: Senior Process Engineer Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer with strong expertise in offshore brownfield projects to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) and Detailed Design, along with advanced proficiency in process simulation and flow assurance tools. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute process engineering activities for offshore brownfield projects Develop and review process simulations, heat and material balances, and process design calculations Prepare and validate key deliverables including PFDs, P&IDs, datasheets, and design reports Support FEED and Detailed Engineering phases with high-quality technical input Perform system evaluations, debottlenecking studies, and optimization of existing facilities Interface with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, piping, instrumentation, etc.) Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety requirements Provide technical support during project execution and commissioning phases Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering (or relevant discipline) from a recognized university Minimum 12+ years of experience in process engineering Proven experience in offshore brownfield projects Strong background in FEED and Detailed Design Technical Skills Process Simulation Software Aspen Suite (HYSYS, Aspen Plus) PipeSys FlareNet PRO/II Flow Assurance Tools PipeNet PipeSimPVTsim / OLGA PipePhase TLNET Fathom Preferred Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment Experience in optimization and troubleshooting of existing facilities
