Job Description
As a Senior Personal Banking Advisor, you will play a crucial role in our Corporate & Investment Banking Group. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our corporate clients, ensuring their banking needs are met with efficiency and a personalized touch. You will be the face of MashreqBank, representing our brand and values to our valued customers.ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate and timely assistance to customers.Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique banking requirements.Offer personalized banking solutions, ensuring a tailored approach to each client's needs.Process and manage customer transactions, maintaining a high level of accuracy and security.Stay updated with the latest banking products and services to provide relevant recommendations.Collaborate with the corporate banking team to develop and implement effective customer engagement strategies.Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team, contributing to the improvement of banking services.Ensure compliance with banking regulations and maintain a high standard of ethical conduct.QualificationsBilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is a must, with excellent communication skills.A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking industry.Strong knowledge of personal and corporate banking products and services.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building client relationships.Proficiency in using banking software and systems for efficient transaction processing.Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions.Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to work.A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.Willingness to undergo training and stay updated with industry trends.#J-18808-Ljbffr
