The role involves developing digital and print materials, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting marketing campaigns with high-quality creative assets.Key Accountabilities:Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials, digital content, and branding.Deliver high-quality and innovative designs within deadlines.Gather positive feedback from internal stakeholders and customers.Ensure brand consistency across all visual content and marketing assets.Adhere to brand guidelines in all designs.Align designs with the overall marketing strategy.Collaborate with teams to develop creative concepts for campaigns.Successfully execute marketing and advertising campaigns.Increase customer engagement and brand awareness.Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.Implement innovative design strategies.Continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.Print Production Oversight: Coordinate with vendors on material specifications, quality, and execution.Ensure print accuracy and timely delivery.Motion Graphics: Design simple animations and interactive digital assets.Enhance engagement on animated posts, stories, and videos.Creative & Branding Guidelines: Ensure all designs adhere to the bank’s branding and marketing strategies, maintaining visual consistency.Decision-Making Authority: Propose design concepts and execute creative ideas within the approved marketing framework. Final approvals are in coordination with the marketing manager.Budget Constraints: Work within approved budgets for design software, outsourced creative work, and production materials.Collaboration: Work with internal marketing teams, agencies, and print vendors to deliver assets efficiently.Qualifications, Experience & Skills:Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.Certification in UI/UX Design or Motion Graphics is a plus.4–6 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or visual communication, preferably in banking, retail, or agencies.Experience in banking, financial services, or corporate branding is preferred.Language Skills:Excellent proficiency in English (written & spoken).Bilingual (English & Arabic) preferred for localized content.Computer/Software Skills:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, Canva, PowerPoint.Knowledge of Canva, Figma, Sketch, and other design tools.Familiarity with HTML & CSS for web design is an advantage.About Sharjah Islamic Bank (SIB):Founded in 1975, SIB provides banking services to individuals and companies.
