Senior Network & Security EngineerWe are seeking an experienced Senior Network & Security Engineer with strong hands‑on expertise in Fortinet technologies, including FortiGate Firewalls, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiAP, and related components of the Fortinet Security Fabric. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, securing, and optimizing enterprise network and security infrastructure.Experience: 8–10 years of solid experience in enterprise network and security engineering.Key ResponsibilitiesNetwork & Security OperationsDesign, deploy, and manage Fortinet firewall environments (FortiGate) across multiple sites.Manage and configure FortiAP wireless solutions, ensuring seamless connectivity and performance.Maintain central management solutions using FortiManager and security analytics using FortiAnalyzer.Plan and execute network segmentation, IP addressing, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), and VPN solutions (IPSec/SSL).Implement and optimize network security policies, NATing, UTM features, and advanced threat protection.Monitor network health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and resilience.Architecture & ImplementationParticipate in designing secure network architectures for new deployments and upgrades.Conduct security assessments, firewall audits, policy reviews, and compliance validation.Review and optimize existing configurations for performance and security best practices.Operational ExcellenceProvide L3 support for network and security escalations.Create and maintain documentation, including HLD/LLD, SOPs, network diagrams, and change records.Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and internal teams for issue resolution and project execution.Required SkillsStrong hands‑on experience with the Fortinet product family:FortiGate FirewallsFortiAP / WirelessFortiManagerFortiAnalyzerFortiSwitchExpertise in routing & switching (Cisco/Aruba/HP or equivalent).Deep understanding of:Firewall policies, NAT, VLANs, SD‑WANVPN (IPSec, SSL VPN)High Availability (HA) configurationsWeb filtering, IPS/IDS, antivirus, application controlStrong troubleshooting skills using tools like packet capture, logs, and monitoring systems.Experience working in Managed Services / NOC environments (preferred).Soft Skills RequiredStrong communication and customer‑handling skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Excellent documentation and reporting capabilities.Proactive, analytical, and solution‑oriented mindset.Education & CertificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or EngineeringFortinet NSE4 (required)NSE5/NSE6/NSE7 (highly preferred)CCNA/CCNP or equivalent networking certifications (advantage)#J-18808-Ljbffr
