We’re Hiring: Senior Network & Security AdministratorLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAESecure Infrastructure. Enable Connectivity. Protect the Enterprise.Ali & Sons Holding LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Network & Security Administrator to manage and strengthen the organization’s network infrastructure and cybersecurity framework. This role is responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing network environments while supporting enterprise IT operations and compliance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructures including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN environments.Administer, configure, and optimize network devices such as firewalls, routers, switches, and security appliances.Monitor network performance and security events to ensure system reliability and protection.Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement remediation measures to strengthen security posture.Maintain and enforce network security policies, procedures, and technical documentation.Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve network outages and security incidents.Lead network upgrades, patching cycles, and firmware updates across infrastructure components.Manage user access control systems and ensure appropriate privilege management.Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST.Investigate and respond to network and security incidents in a timely manner.Conduct disaster recovery (DR) drills and ensure network security systems are integrated with Business Continuity Plans (BCP).Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior IT team members.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5-8 years of experience in network and security administration within a mid-to-large enterprise environment.Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCNA, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSE, or equivalent are preferred.Hands-on experience with FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto firewalls, and SIEM tools.Strong understanding of network architecture, cybersecurity frameworks, and incident response processes.Proven ability to manage complex infrastructure environments and lead technical initiatives.Fluent in English with strong technical communication skills.Why Join Ali & Sons Holding LLC?Be part of a well-established and diversified UAE organization with advanced IT infrastructure.Work on enterprise-scale network and cybersecurity systems supporting multiple business units.Opportunity to contribute to security strategy, infrastructure modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.Collaborative environment that supports technical innovation and professional development.Long-term career growth within a reputable and stable business group.About the TeamAli & Sons HoldingOur innovative and forward-thinking projects have complemented the evolution of the UAE economy.
