SENIOR MRI TECHNOLOGIST

<div><p>Magnatic Resonance Imaging Services Section</p><h3>Summary</h3><p>Performs imaging procedures utilizing magnetic resonance imaging scanners. Assists other technologists in performing sophisticated procedures.</p><h3>Essential Responsibilities and Duties</h3><ul><li>Prepares the inpatient schedule and coordinates with floors regarding patient’s preparation and transportation.</li><li>Performs imaging procedures utilizing magnetic resonance imaging scanners. Assists other technologists.</li><li>Investigates possible new procedures.</li><li>Assists in maintaining inventory of stock and non-stock supplies.</li><li>Ensures that equipment is properly maintained. Contacts supervisor for any repair needed.</li><li>Participates in departmental in‑services and continuing education and CQI programs.</li><li>Assists with development, revision, and implementation of policies and procedures for the section, department, and Hospital.</li><li>Complies with the section policies, procedures and protocols. Follow the section quality improvement program in accordance with CBAHI, JCI, SFDA and other accreditation agencies standards.</li><li>Complies with the Radiation Safety Rules and Regulations of the Hospital in accordance with KACST and K.A. CARE and other National or International Regulatory bodies.</li><li>Applies ALARA principle Role within the section practice for all procedures.</li></ul><h3>Education</h3><p>Bachelor’s Degree in Radiological Science/Technology required for Saudi Nationals, or Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program (minimum 2 years) for non‑Saudi is required</p><h3>Experience Required</h3><p><b>Grade 09:</b></p><p>Four (4) years of related experience with Bachelor’s Degree, or six (6) years with program s is required .</p><p><b>Grade 10:</b></p><ul><li>Four (4) years of experience as a Senior MRI Technologist, or (Grade 09) related experience is required.</li><li>Average of annual performance appraisal least (3.5) for the last four (4) years.</li><li>One‑hundred (100) cumulative continued medical education [CME].</li></ul><h3>Other Requirements(Certificates)</h3><ul><li>Current Registration from country of origin and Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCHS) is required.</li><li>Registration in the American Registry of Radiographic Technologists, the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists, or equivalent is required for non‑Saudis.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
