Every hire defines how we win.</p><h3>The Opportunity</h3><ul><li>We're looking for a highly capable, hands‑on Senior MEP Engineer. This role is open to all nationalities (UAE / Gulf experience preferred).</li></ul><h3>What you'll do</h3><ul><li>Manage construction, installation&supervision of all mechanical systems</li><li>Perform detailed engineering calculations&provide technical expertise</li><li>Prepare&review Material Submittals ensuring compliance with specifications&consultant/client requirements</li><li>Review&confirm Shop Drawings ensuring design intent, specification compliance&authority regulations</li><li>Review design drawings, verify applicability&ensure coordination with architectural, structural, electrical, ID drawings</li><li>Ensure full compliance with project specifications, codes&standards</li><li>Troubleshoot&resolve system‑related issues effectively</li><li>Oversee testing, commissioning&operation of mechanical&control systems</li><li>Identify critical areas, review design&initiate RFIs to resolve gaps/conflicts early</li><li>Provide commercial&technical input including cost‑cutting&value engineering solutions</li><li>Coordinate with Architects, Interior Designers, Structural, Electrical&other trades for seamless MEP integration</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, main contractors&suppliers for approvals&technical clarifications</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering</li><li>7–10 years strong MEP experience (high‑rise / commercial / villa projects in UAE preferred)</li><li>Deep expertise in chilled water, plumbing, drainage, hot water, firefighting&BMS systems</li><li>Proficiency in preparing/reviewing shop drawings, submittals&RFIs</li><li>Excellent knowledge of DEWA, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence&Dubai Green Building Regulations</li><li>Strong engineering calculation&troubleshooting ability</li><li>Multi‑disciplinary coordination experience</li><li>Excellent communication, reporting&leadership abilities</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
