This role is open to all nationalities (UAE / Gulf experience preferred).What You’ll DoManage construction, installation & supervision of all mechanical systemsPerform detailed engineering calculations & provide technical expertisePrepare & review Material Submittals ensuring compliance with specifications & consultant/client requirementsReview & confirm Shop Drawings ensuring design intent, specification compliance & authority regulationsReview design drawings, verify applicability & ensure coordination with architectural, structural, electrical, ID drawingsEnsure full compliance with project specifications, codes & standardsApply expert knowledge across:Chilled Water Systems (Airside & CHW side)Plumbing & Drainage SystemsDomestic Water Supply SystemsCentral Hot Water Systems & FiltrationFirefighting SystemsBMS & Systems Control IntegrationTroubleshoot & resolve system‑related issues effectivelyOversee testing, commissioning & operation of mechanical & control systemsIdentify critical areas, review design & initiate RFIs to resolve gaps/conflicts earlyProvide commercial & technical input including cost‑cutting & value engineering solutionsCoordinate with Architects, Interior Designers, Structural, Electrical & other trades for seamless MEP integrationCoordinate with consultants, main contractors & suppliers for approvals & technical clarificationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering7–10 years strong MEP experience (high‑rise / commercial / villa projects in UAE preferred)Deep expertise in chilled water, plumbing, drainage, hot water, firefighting & BMS systemsProficiency in preparing/reviewing shop drawings, submittals & RFIsExcellent knowledge of DEWA, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence & Dubai Green Building RegulationsStrong engineering calculation & troubleshooting abilityMulti-disciplinary coordination experienceValue engineering & cost optimization skillsExcellent communication, reporting & leadership abilities#J-18808-Ljbffr
