Senior Mechanical Engineer - Site

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. In this critical onsite role you will lead mechanical engineering projects oversee installations and ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.Review mechanical design shop drawings material submittals method statements calculationsand submittals relevant to the Mechanical discipline activities for various industrial and commercial projects.Conductonsite inspections and superviseinstallation testing and commissioning of mechanical systems.Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budgetTroubleshoot complex mechanical issues and provide innovative solutionsManage and mentor junior engineers and inspectors fostering their professional developmentEnsure compliance with UAE building codes and authorities regulationsImplement sustainable engineering practices in project designsPrepare detailed technical reports and presentations for stakeholdersCoordinate with other disciplines contractors and suppliers to maintain project timelinesContinuously improve processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and qualityQualifications :Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.Over 12 years of experience including substantial expertise in engineering consultancyand familiarity with UAE local building codes and regulationsProven track record in onsite supervision project coordination and management of mechanical works across diverse construction projectsAdvanced knowledge of mechanical engineering principles their practical applicationsHeat load and sizing calculations.Strong understanding of HVAC systems piping and industrial equipmentProficiency in CAD and BIM softwareFamiliarity with project management tools and methodologiesExcellent problemsolving skills with a detailoriented approachOutstanding communication and leadership abilitiesCommitment to sustainable engineering practices and energyefficient designsAbility to work effectively in a fastpaced multicultural environmentWillingness to travel to various project sites within the UAERemote Work :NoEmployment Type :Fulltime#J-18808-Ljbffr
