Senior Mechanical Engineer

Rawafid is in search of a talented Mechanical Engineer to be a part of our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will apply your mechanical engineering expertise to design, develop, and implement mechanical systems and components for diverse industrial and construction projects. You will work closely with engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure optimum system performance while meeting technical specifications and project timelines. Your responsibilities will include evaluating project requirements, creating technical documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. If you are dedicated to excellence in mechanical design and engineering, we would love to see your application!Key ResponsibilitiesReview of Technical Documents: Reviewing shop drawings, technical specifications, and required project documentationSupervision of Execution: Monitoring and guiding site workers to ensure that work is carried out in accordance with drawings and specificationsResource Management: Identifying and providing the materials and tools required for the project and ensuring their efficient useCoordination with Other Teams: Collaborating with engineers from all disciplines to ensure integration and coordination of engineering worksQuality Assurance: Ensuring the quality of workmanship and materials used in accordance with standards and technical specificationsProblem Solving: Addressing technical and site issues that may arise during execution quickly and effectivelyChange Management: Implementing necessary modifications to designs based on site conditions and project requirementsPeriodic Inspection: Conducting regular site visits to inspect work progress and ensure compliance with the project schedule, quality standards, and general and specific project specifications, and preparing periodic reports for managementSafety Compliance: Implementing occupational health and safety procedures on site to ensure the safety of all workersInnovation and Sustainability: Adopting the latest technologies and sustainable design practices that contribute to reducing environmental impactRequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field2-7 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in industrial or construction projectsSaudi Council of Engineers (SCE) CertificationProficient in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent toolsStrong knowledge of mechanical principles, materials science, and manufacturing processesFamiliarity with relevant industry standards and codesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy in designsEffective communication skills for collaboration within project teamsAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProactive approach to learning and professional development in mechanical engineering#J-18808-Ljbffr
