We are committed to building a cleaner, smarter, and brighter future through innovation and collaboration.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to manage and execute global events, exhibitions, and corporate meetings that strengthen Power & Sun’s international brand presence. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in corporate event management, hospitality coordination, and travel logistics—while aligning every event with our vision of promoting solar energy across markets.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and execute international MICE activities including trade shows, expos, conferences, and partner events.Coordinate end-to-end logistics such as venue sourcing, travel, accommodation, and vendor management.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design impactful event experiences that highlight our solar innovations.Manage event registrations, sponsorships, and client engagement before, during, and after events.Oversee event budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure cost-effective planning.Maintain and update the events calendar and reporting dashboards.Liaise with regional teams and partners across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia to support event participation.Track and evaluate event performance metrics (attendance, engagement, ROI).Ensure all events reflect Power & Sun’s brand identity and sustainability values.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Tourism, Events, Marketing, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in MICE coordination with international exposure.Proven experience managing corporate or industry events.Strong vendor negotiation and budget management skills.Excellent communication and organizational abilities.Proficient in Zoho o r similar CRMs .Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.Passion for sustainability and renewable energy is a plus.If you are interested, please share your CV to tejaswi@powernsun.com#J-18808-Ljbffr
