We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manufacturing Director for one of our clients - Industrial / Manufacturing Company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the industrial / Manufacturing, with a strong focus on operational excellence, strategic planning, and team leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement manufacturing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, including production, quality control, and supply chain management.Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets and financial goals.QualificationsBachelor's degree or Master's DegreeMinimum of 15 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles within the industrial / Manufacturing companies.Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing principles, and supply chain management.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.Work Location: Riyadh, New Industrial City#J-18808-Ljbffr
