Job PurposeNeoBiz is building the future of SME banking — embedded, ecosystem-led, and radically digital. As Manager – Strategic Channels, you’ll lead our acquisition channel strategy through license authorities across the UAE, including freezones and mainland jurisdictions. These partners are critical gateways to new business formation, and you’ll turn them into high-conversion funnels for NeoBiz onboarding.You’ll own the end-to-end playbook: from identifying high-potential authorities, crafting co‑branded journeys, and integrating digital onboarding, to scaling performance across regions. If you understand how SMEs are born — and how to meet them at that moment — this role is for you.Key Result AreasLicense Authority StrategyBuild and execute NeoBiz’s acquisition roadmap across UAE license authorities (freezones + mainland).Prioritize authorities based on SME density, digital maturity, and strategic fit.Partnerships & IntegrationLead outreach, contracting, and onboarding of key license authorities.Co‑create embedded banking journeys within authority platforms — from license issuance to bank account activation.Channel GTM & Funnel OwnershipDefine channel‑specific GTM plans, onboarding flows, and conversion KPIs.Work with product and tech teams to integrate NeoBiz APIs into authority portals and CRMs.Cross‑functional ExecutionCollaborate with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Ops to launch and scale authority partnerships.Navegate regulatory nuances across mainland and freezone jurisdictions.Performance & OptimizationOwn channel metrics: lead volume, conversion rate, CAC, and ROI.Run experiments to optimize funnel performance and partner engagement.Market IntelligenceStay ahead of new authority launches, regulatory shifts, and SME formation trends.Represent NeoBiz in ecosystem forums and authority‑led initiatives.Operating Environment, Framework and Boundaries, Working RelationshipsChampion relationship management by delivering consistent, high‑quality service that enhances the bank’s image.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace that reflects our digital‑first ethos.Problem SolvingTake full ownership of customer issues—coordinating across departments to drive resolution from start to finish.Be the voice of the customer internally, advocating for solutions that improve experience and efficiency.Decision Making Authority & ResponsibilityEmpowered to recommend process improvements that reduce turnaround time, cut costs, and elevate customer satisfaction.Actively contribute ideas that enhance operational workflows and digital service delivery.Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceIn‑depth understanding of Mashreq’s business banking products, services, policies, and processes.Strong grasp of KYC protocols and regulatory compliance in the UAE SME banking landscape.Minimum bachelor’s degree with 5 – 8 years of banking experience, including at least 2 years in SME banking within the UAE.#J-18808-Ljbffr
