Senior Manager Legal - UAE National

Client DetailsThis opportunity is with a large, reputable organisation operating within the UAE across multiple large scale projects.DescriptionKey responsibilities include:Review and draft contracts and legal documents across the portfolio.Provide advice on interpretation of contractual and statutory provisions.Support on disputes, arbitrations, breach and termination processes with internal and external counsel.Coordinate with procurement, commercial, finance and other business units on project‑related matters.Manage external counsel relationships and oversee delivery of legal services.Support the implementation of risk mitigation strategies across contracts and procurement.Develop, review, and maintain template agreements.Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.Contribute to internal governance documentation (e.g., data protection, AML, KYC).Act as legal counsel on project transactions and maintain close coordination with business units.ProfileThe successful candidate will have the following:UAE National.Degree in Law or a related field from a recognised institution.Proven expertise in the oil and gas or infrastructure utilities or construction industry.Minimum 4+ years of experience, ideally 8+ years experience.Strong knowledge of local and international legal regulations.Exceptional skills in drafting and negotiating contracts.Ability to manage complex legal matters and provide strategic advice.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Capability to work effectively within a large organisation.Job OfferThere is a competitive package on offer and the unrivalled opportunity for professional growth and development within!Skillslegal#J-18808-Ljbffr
