Senior Manager Facility

To lead and manage all facilities operations, ensuring efficient maintenance, safety, and performance of buildings and infrastructure across all locations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily facilities operations, including maintenance, utilities, and infrastructure.Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.Manage engineering-related activities (mechanical, electrical, civil systems).Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.Lead facilities projects such as renovations, upgrades, and new site setups.Monitor and control facilities budgets, costs, and contracts.Manage service providers, contractors, and vendors.Ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues across all campuses/sites.Improve operational efficiency and implement best practices in facilities management.Coordinate with internal departments to support operational needs.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s / Master degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil).Minimum 8–10 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and project management.Experience managing multiple sites is preferred.Knowledge of regulations and safety standards is an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
