OverviewQiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager - Enterprise Data to lead our data management initiatives across the organization. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping our enterprise data strategy, governance, and architecture to ensure that high-quality data is available to drive key business decisions and enhance operational effectiveness. Your expertise in data management and analytics will play a crucial role in promoting a data-driven culture within Qiddiya. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to establish data standards, practices, and processes that facilitate data integration, accessibility, and security across all departments.ResponsibilitiesLead the strategy, design, and implementation of enterprise data solutions that align with business objectives and enable data-driven decision-makingOversee the integration of SAP modules (HR, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain) with enterprise data platforms (e.g., GCP, Azure, AWS), ensuring scalable and efficient data pipelinesDevelop frameworks and solutions to extract, model, and manage data from SAP table structures, providing a single source of truth across enterprise domainsCollaborate with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Procurement to identify pain points, data requirements, and opportunities for process and reporting optimizationDefine and implement governance practices specific to enterprise data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, data privacy, and quality standardsLead initiatives on enterprise data cataloging, business glossary creation, and definition of critical data elements (CDEs) for SAP and related systemsDrive advanced analytics and reporting capabilities using enterprise data, with a focus on predictive insights, automation, and self-service enablementPartner with IT to ensure SAP data integration workflows are reliable, secure, and optimized for performance at scaleManage enterprise data budgets, RFPs, vendor relationships, and contracts for SAP-related tools, integration platforms, and data servicesServe as a subject matter expert in SAP enterprise data, providing strategic guidance and mentorship to teams across business and technical functionsFoster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement in enterprise data managementRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field6+ years of experience in enterprise data management, with a focus on SAP systems and cross-domain integrationStrong expertise in SAP modules (HR, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain) and deep knowledge of SAP table structures and data modelsProven experience in SAP data extraction, integration with data platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS), and ETL/ELT pipeline developmentProficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and ability to translate enterprise data into business insightsSolid understanding of data governance, regulatory compliance, and enterprise data quality standardsDemonstrated business acumen in HR, Finance, and Procurement processes, with the ability to translate operational requirements into data solutionsExperience in predictive analytics, automation, and AI-driven insights within enterprise domains is an advantageStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing at executive levels and across cross-functional teamsTrack record of managing budgets, vendor contracts, and enterprise solution deliveryDemonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical and business-focused data teams, fostering a high-performance cultureBenefitsJoin Qiddiya's team and enjoy a dynamic work environment that offers growth opportunities, a collaborative culture, and the chance to make a significant impact as our future Playmaker!#J-18808-Ljbffr
