Senior Manager Cards & Payments OperationsJob Opportunity: Senior Manager Cards & Payments OperationsLocation: United Arab EmiratesCompany: ITHREmployment Type: PermanentAvailability: Immediate joiners preferredSalary: Negotiable based on experienceAbout the RoleITHR is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager Cards & Payments Operations to lead and optimize our end-to-end payment operations.одержание This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in card issuance, acquiring, wallets, and UPI-based ecosystems, who are passionate about driving operational excellence and innovation in the fintech space.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage daily operations for card issuance, acquiring, wallets, and UPI-based transactions.Interface with payment networks (VISA, Mastercard, RuPay, NPCI) to ensure seamless settlement, reconciliation, and dispute resolution.Drive automation, scalability, and efficiency across transaction processing and customer support workflows.Ensure compliance with local and international regulations (RBI, PCI-DSS, ISO, etc.).Collaborate with technology, compliance, and product teams to support new payment features and enhancements.Monitor and analyze key operational metrics (e.g., transaction success rate, decline trends, TAT, fraud ratios).Lead incident response and escalation management with partner banks, processors, and service providers.Implement robust fraud monitoring, chargeback, and dispute management controls.Manage vendor and partner relationships related to cards and payment infrastructure.Support audits, internal risk assessments, and regulatory inspections.Required Qualifications & Experience712 years of experience in payments operations, digital banking, or fintech.Proven exposure to card schemes (VISA, Mastercard, RuPay) and UPI ecosystems.Hands‑on experience with wallets, tokenization, APIs, and EMV transaction processing.Strong understanding of settlement, reconciliation, chargeback cycles, and dispute management.Excellent knowledge of regulatory frameworks (RBI, NPCI, PCI-DSS).Experience with banking systems, payment gateways, or fintech platforms.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or related fields (MBA preferred).Preferred ProfileExperience with VISA,絡 Mastercard, RuPay/NPCI, fintech aggregators, or issuer/acquirer banks.Familiarity with ISO 8583 messaging standards, UPI APIs, and RTGS/IMPS/NE advertisement§ operations.Host certifications and experience with certification tools like FIME FINSIM.Why Join ITHR?Be part of a fast-growing fintech environment.Work on cutting‑edge payment technologies and global integrations.Enjoy a collaborative, innovation‑driven culture.Competitive compensation with flexibility and growth opportunities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
