A boutique architecture and design consultancy known for its thoughtful, contemporary approach to culture, context, and craft is seeking a Senior Architect to join their close-knit team in Dubai.Their work spans museums, cultural centres, and highly stylised public projects that celebrate the character of the region while pushing the boundaries of materiality and design experimentation. This is an exceptional opportunity for a design-driven architect to step into a leadership role within a studio that values creativity, collaboration, and curiosity over corporate hierarchy.Duties and responsibilitiesThis position offers the scope to take the lead across multiple projects simultaneously, managing and leading design teams, steering client relationships, and ensuring each project is delivered to the highest standard.Working alongside the founding partners, you’ll be trusted to:Lead the design and coordination of complex, high-profile projects from concept through to completion.Represent the studio in client meetings and presentations, ensuring ideas are communicated clearly and confidently.Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, balancing design ambition with practical execution.Mentor and guide the design team, fostering a supportive and experimental studio environment.Step into a leadership role when the founding partner is away, taking responsibility for both team direction and client liaison.Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the studio’s design language through experimentation, research, and collaboration.RequirementsYou’re an experienced Senior Architect who thrives in a hands‑on, design‑led setting. You understand how to bring clarity, organisation, and creative rigor through every stage of the design process.You’re an experienced Senior Architect or Lead Architect who thrives in a hands‑on, design‑led setting.
