OverviewMonitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks of an organization. Installing and configuring computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems, either over the phone, email, remotely or on-site.ResponsibilitiesManage the installation of IT infrastructure WAN and LAN, installation and testing of POSOffice 365 cloud – Intermediate Support.Antivirus - end point protection - managing vulnerabilities.Encryption – Knowledge of encryption technology, setup and support.Wireless Technologies, WEP, WPA, TKIP, Connectivity & SupportRollout IT infrastructure within the GCCRouter Configuration, VPN, internet and intranet connectivity and support for GCC.Avaya Call center hardware and software support.Assist Senior IT Administrator in day to day IT operations.Providing technical support for all issues encountered by users related to software applications or for the residing hardware devices.Configuring POP / IMAP accounts for the users related to organization that can access email from outside the network through VPN connectivity.Supervise Service Desk – Ticketing System (resolve incidents and update Incident Records, escalate incidents to technicians, report).Coordination with procurement department in purchasing the IT equipment’s i.e. Routers, Switches, Desktops, Laptops & Printers etc. in terms of good configuration and price.Installation and troubleshooting of hardware and software on all locations either by visiting or guiding the I.T team to achieve the required purpose.Implementing instant messaging and chat applications to provide guidance and coordinate with the users.Experience requirement7 years’ experience in IT (Data Centre, Network Infrastructure, Administration & End user Support)Proficiency in reading, writing, listening and speaking English LanguageQualification and Licenses requirementDegree in Computer Science / Computer EngineeringMCP, MCSA, CCNA, CCNPValid Local Driving License*Due to the volume of application we are receiving ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES FOR INTERVIEW will be contacted.#J-18808-Ljbffr
