This establishment underscores our dedication to innovation and engineering excellence, bolstering our position in the dynamic GCC market.Senior Irrigation EngineerARX is recruiting a Senior Irrigation Engineer to support the delivery of major PMC road and infrastructure projects within Riyadh. This role is ideal for a senior professional with strong irrigation and landscape water systems experience across design review, construction oversight, and coordination within a PMC/consultancy environment. You will act as the technical authority for irrigation systems across multiple corridors and packages, ensuring systems are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with required standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical leadership for irrigation scope across the program (governance, compliance, and quality).Review and endorse irrigation design deliverables including drawings, hydraulic calculations, specifications, BoQs, method statements, and ITPs.Oversee delivery of irrigation systems such as:TSE and potable water irrigation networksPumping stations and control systemsMainlines, sub-mainlines, and lateral distribution systemsDrip and sprinkler irrigation systemsIrrigation chambers, valves, and controllersInterface with landscape and utility networksLead resolution of technical issues including RFIs, NCRs, site constraints, design gaps, and constructability challenges.Support construction supervision, inspections, and coordination with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with authority requirements and sustainability standards related to water use and irrigation.Support testing, commissioning, and handover to ensure operational readiness.Coordinate with municipalities, utilities, and stakeholders to obtain approvals and maintain delivery continuity.Mentor engineers and ensure consistent quality across packages.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil / Agricultural / Irrigation Engineering or related discipline.Minimum 15 years of experience in irrigation design and delivery within major infrastructure or landscape projects.Strong knowledge of irrigation networks, hydraulic design, pump systems, and water efficiency practices.Proven experience in design review, construction supervision, and testing & commissioning.Experience working within PMC / consultancy / client-side delivery teams.Familiarity with Saudi standards, municipality requirements, and sustainable irrigation practices.Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.English required (Arabic is an advantage).We OfferOpportunity to collaborate with a forward-thinking, synergistic, and innovative team.Exposure to cutting-edge projects driving Middle East / North African regions development.Personalized professional growth and developmental avenues tailored to your career aspirations.If you would like to join our highly motivated and very successful team please send us your complete application!Sector: Construction/Civil EngineeringRole: EngineeringWill manage other people: YesJob type: Permanent jobCareer level: Employee#J-18808-Ljbffr
