Our available jobs are related to restaurant operations, including F&B service, waitresses/waiters, hostesses, kitchen and bar operations as well as venue management.All our jobs offer a complete package with residence visa, accommodation, transportation, annual paid vacation, health insurance in addition to basic salary.Job DescriptionThe Senior iOS Developer at SoSocial will be responsible for architecting, developing, and optimizing the platform’s iOS applications to deliver high-quality, performant, and secure user experiences. This role requires a strong command of iOS frameworks, payment gateway integrations, and multimedia features, along with hands‑on experience in app deployment and maintenance on the App Store.As a senior team member, you will collaborate closely with product, backend, and design teams to build scalable mobile solutions, mentor junior developers, and ensure the technical excellence of the mobile platform.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain advanced iOS applications using Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI.Implementing API’s and handling the webhooks and sockets.Handling of Universal deeplinks.Implement new modules and feature enhancements in alignment with product requirements and user feedback.Integrate multiple payment gateways including Checkout, CCAvenue, Stripe, and others with robust security and reliability.Build and optimize CoreLocation, camera, audio, and video features for social engagement and media-based functionalities.Ensure compatibility and performance across various iOS versions and devices.Architect modular and scalable app structures using MVVM, Clean Architecture, or similar design patterns.Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third‑party SDKs (Facebook, WhatsApp, Firebase, etc.) effectively and securely.Work closely with backend engineers to ensure seamless data synchronization and API optimization.Participate in technical design reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.Manage the end‑to‑end App Store submission process, including provisioning profiles, certificates, builds, and responding to Apple review feedback.Ensure compliance with App Store guidelines, data privacy policies, and security best practices.Monitor app health, crashes, and performance using tools like Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry, and Xcode Instruments.User Experience & InterfaceCollaborate with UI/UX designers to transform wireframes into clean, responsive, and intuitive interfaces.Maintain high-quality UI standards with accessibility, localization, and adaptive layouts.Continuously refine the user experience based on analytics and performance insights.Mentor and guide junior developers through code reviews, best practices, and knowledge sharing.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Product, QA, and Backend for timely delivery.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand‑ups.Security & ComplianceImplement secure coding practices, data encryption, and PCI‑DSS‑compliant payment integrations.Ensure compliance with regional data protection laws and internal security standards.Proactively identify and resolve vulnerabilities, memory leaks, and performance bottlenecks.Documentation & ReportingMaintain detailed documentation of architecture, modules, and integration workflows.Provide periodic progress reports, technical evaluations, and release notes to the management team.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.4+ years of professional iOS development experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.Strong expertise in Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, AVFoundation, and CoreLocation.Experience with Facebook Graph API, WhatsApp Business API, and social SDK integrations.Solid understanding of mobile architecture, design patterns, threading, and performance tuning.Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions), and Agile methodologies.Strong debugging and profiling skills using Instruments, Firebase, and Xcode tools.Familiarity with App Store Connect, TestFlight, and the app release process.Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.Experience with loyalty, social networking, or e‑commerce platforms is an advantage.Additional InformationThe work location is Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.Please ensure you are willing and able to work within the Abu Dhabi area before applying.#J-18808-Ljbffr
