Senior Interior Designer

Job SummaryOur client, an international planning, engineering and architectural firm is looking for a Senior Interior Designer to be based in Dubai.Key ResponsibilitiesLead interior design projects across hospitality, workplace, and retail sectors from concept development through detailed design.Independently handle CAD and BIM production, including design planning and coordination.Prepare comprehensive Design Development (DD) drawing packages, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.Develop integrated design proposals encompassing interior design, art, and FF&E selections.Coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines, and budget considerations.Support FF&E specification and procurement processes, including material selection and value engineering.Produce high-quality presentation materials and design review documentation.Mentor and guide junior designers, contributing to team development and design standards.Contribute to the growth of the studio through design excellence, collaboration, and long‑term commitment.RequirementsProven professional experience in interior design, with exposure to hospitality, workplace, and retail projects.Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, with hands‑on experience in CAD/BIM workflows.Solid understanding of concept design, technical detailing, and design development processes.Experience in FF&E specification, finishing materials, and value engineering.Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design intent.Knowledge of global design trends, regional culture, and applicable building codes and regulations.Understanding of sustainable design principles, including LEED or equivalent certification frameworks.Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capability.A collaborative mindset with a strong interest in long‑term growth and contribution to company culture.#J-18808-Ljbffr
