Senior Interior DesignerLocation: Dubai, UAEExperience 6-10 YearsEmployment Type: Full TimeJob Summary: We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer with 6-10 years of experience in high-end architecture and interior design projects, preferably with UAE experience in residential, hospitality, and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating design through execution and excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Develop architectural and interior design concepts from initial briefing to final executionCreate and present comprehensive design layouts, space planning, mood boards, and material selectionsProduce high-quality 3D visuals and renderings using AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, Photoshop, and InDesignCoordinate with consultants, contractors, and project team to ensure design intent is maintainedLiaise with local and international suppliers to request pricing, samples, and technical informationOversee RFQs, orders, delivery tracking, BOQs, and budgetsReview shop drawings, material submittals, mockups, and samples for design and quality complianceParticipate in client presentations and incorporate feedback in design revisionsEnsure design complies with local regulations, codes, and project and brand standardsManage project timelines and budgets meticulouslyConduct site visits to ensure quality standards are met and monitor implementationRequirements:6-10 years of experience in high-end architecture/interior design projectsUAE experience in residential, hospitality, and commercial projectsStrong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, Photoshop, and InDesignStrong presentation and communication skillsStrong knowledge of local and international suppliers, materials, and finishesProven portfolio demonstrating design through executionStrong understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, and spatial planningPreferred Skills:Experience in managing projects from design concept to IFC and site executionAbility to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work in a start-up environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
