News and information are available at or follow us on .Learn more about our career opportunities at:The Senior Interface & Integration Manager will have a minimum of 15 years’ experience in the railway sector, including railway consulting. This role will manage and coordinate the relationships between the Employer, O&M Contractors, and third-party stakeholders including PMCMs, utility companies, government agencies, the Ministry of Interior, traffic police, security agencies, and civil defence.The successful candidate will facilitate cooperation between all KAPT parties and stakeholders, ensuring that Interface Protocols are adhered to, integration gaps are identified and resolved, and that interface and integration workshops are effectively supported. A strong background in public relations and technical railway experience is essential. Proficiency in the Arabic language is required.**Key Responsibilities:****Stakeholder Coordination:*** Develop and maintain the Interface and Integration Management Plan in accordance with the Contract.* Implement interface protocols, workflows, and escalation procedures across all packages.* Ensure interface activities are aligned with programme milestones, risk registers, and project deliverables.**Interface Management:*** Manage and update the Interface Responsibility Matrix (IRM), Interface Scope Matrix, and Interface Register.* Ensure that Interface Protocols are implemented and followed by all stakeholders.* Coordinate with contractors to address integration gaps across systems, processes, and organizations.**Public Relations & Communication:*** Represent the Employer in discussions with government agencies, civil defence, and security forces.* Maintain strong relationships with external entities to ensure smooth coordination and issue resolution.* Communicate complex technical and operational matters clearly and effectively.**Technical Oversight:*** Provide expert guidance on integration strategies within the railway sector.* Ensure that technical requirements are met across all interfaces.* Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve integration challenges.**Compliance & Reporting:*** Monitor compliance with interface agreements and protocols.* Provide inputs to Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports, including interface status, risks, and dependencies.* Support executive-level reporting and presentations related to interface coordination.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Transportation, or a related field (Master’s preferred).* Minimum 15 years of experience in the railway industry, including consulting.* Strong knowledge of interface management tools, workflows, and technical coordination.* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.* Proficiency in Arabic is required.* Ability to manage complex relationships and resolve multi-party issues.* Familiarity with government protocols and regulatory frameworks.* Tax-free salary.* Life insurance coverage.* Comprehensive medical insurance coverage.* Paid Annual leave.* Company gratuity scheme.* Discretionary bonus program.* Annual flight contribution.* Relocation assistance.* Transportation & housing allowances.* Employee Wellbeing Program: 24/7 access to specialists in finance, legal matters, family care, as well as personal health, fitness, and nutrition consulting.We care for our people and are committed to creating an inclusive working environment where you can thrive and build a future you want to be a part of.AtkinsRéalis is committed to eliminating discrimination and encouraging diversity amongst our workforces.
