At ARX, smart minds strive for a sustainable future, transforming communities one innovative project at a time.</p><h3>Senior ICT / ELV&ITS Engineer</h3><p>ARX is recruiting a Senior ICT / ELV&ITS Engineer to support the delivery of major PMC infrastructure and road projects within Riyadh. This role is ideal for a senior professional with strong experience in ICT, ELV, and ITS systems across design review, installation oversight, integration, and testing&commissioning within a PMC/consultancy environment. You will act as a technical authority across multiple packages, ensuring systems are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications and authority standards.</p><h3>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</h3><ul><li>Provide technical leadership for ICT / ELV / ITS scope across the program (governance, compliance, and quality).</li><li>Review and endorse design deliverables including drawings, specifications, BoQs, calculations, method statements, and ITPs.</li><li>Monitor contractor progress, inspect installations, and ensure works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.</li><li>Lead technical assessments, track design changes, and ensure approvals and documentation are maintained.</li><li>Coordinate with MEP, civil, electrical, architectural, and ITS teams to ensure seamless systems integration.</li><li>Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and approvals.</li><li>Review material submittals, shop drawings, compliance reports, and FAT documentation.</li><li>Support testing, commissioning, system integration, and handover readiness.</li><li>Report risks, compliance gaps, and technical issues to the MEP / Systems Lead and support corrective actions.</li><li>Mentor engineers and maintain consistent technical quality across packages.</li><li>Familiarity with PMC frameworks, risk management, and stakeholder coordination processes.</li></ul><h3>Systems Typically Covered</h3><ul><li>Structured cabling, data, and telephony networks</li><li>CCTV, access control, intercom, and security systems</li><li>Fire alarm, PA/VA systems</li><li>SMATV, IPTV, and AV systems</li><li>BMS, PLC, and integration platforms</li><li>Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), including:<ul><li>Traffic signal control systems</li><li>Automatic incident detection (AID) and traffic CCTV</li><li>Variable Message Signs (VMS)</li><li>Traffic data collection and counting systems</li><li>Road Weather Information Systems (RWIS)</li><li>Fiber optic communication networks (OFC)</li><li>Central management and integration platforms</li></ul></li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Civil / Agricultural / Irrigation Engineering or related discipline.</li><li>Minimum 15 years of experience in irrigation design and delivery within major infrastructure or landscape projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of irrigation networks, hydraulic design, pump systems, and water efficiency practices.</li><li>Proven experience in design review, construction supervision, and testing&commissioning.</li><li>Experience working within PMC / consultancy / client-side delivery teams.</li><li>Familiarity with Saudi standards, municipality requirements, and sustainable irrigation practices.</li><li>Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.</li><li>English required (Arabic is an advantage).</li></ul><h3>Preferred</h3><ul><li>Experience on RCRC or similar smart infrastructure programs.</li></ul><h3>We Offer</h3><ul><li>Opportunity to collaborate with a forward-thinking, synergistic, and innovative team.</li><li>Exposure to cutting-edge projects driving Middle East / North African regions development.</li><li>Personalized professional growth and developmental avenues tailored to your career aspirations.</li></ul><p>If you would you like to join our highly motivated and very successful team please send us your complete application!</p><p>Sector: Construction/Civil Engineering</p><p>Role: Engineering</p><p>Will manage other people: Yes</p><p>Job type: Permanent job</p><p>Career level: Employee</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
