Every hire defines how we win.</p><h3>The Opportunity</h3><ul><li>We\'re looking for a highly capable, hands-on Senior HVAC Draughtsman. This role is open to all nationalities (UAE / Gulf experience preferred).</li></ul><h3>What you\'ll do</h3><ul><li>Lead preparation and review of detailed HVAC shop drawings, coordinated drawings, duct layouts, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.</li><li>Perform advanced MEP coordination across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, architectural, structural, and interior design drawings to eliminate clashes.</li><li>Produce accurate ducting layouts, isometric views, section details, riser diagrams, and equipment placement drawings.</li><li>Develop Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP) with air terminals, diffusers, grilles, and HVAC coordination details.</li><li>Prepare and maintain AHU schedules, fan schedules, duct schedules, damper schedules, and material take-off drawings.</li><li>Ensure all drawings comply with DEWA regulations, UAE standards, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, ASHRAE 90.1, SMACNA DW/144, and Dubai Green Building Regulations.</li><li>Revise drawings based on consultant comments, RFIs, site conditions, and authority feedback in a timely manner.</li><li>Mentor and guide junior draughtsmen and CAD operators on HVAC drafting standards, coordination techniques, and software best practices.</li><li>Support HVAC engineers in preparing material submittals, shop drawing packages, and technical documentation for approvals.</li><li>Maintain organized drawing registers, version control, transmittal logs, and document control processes for HVAC discipline.</li><li>Participate in BIM coordination meetings and use Navisworks / Revit for clash detection and resolution.</li><li>Prepare handover documentation packages including as-built drawings, O&M manual drawings, and test certificate drawings.</li><li>Identify design conflicts early and raise RFIs/RFCs to ensure clash-free construction and smooth project execution.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / HVAC Drafting or related field.</li><li>6–10 years of MEP drafting experience with strong focus on HVAC systems in UAE construction projects (high-rise, commercial, residential, villas preferred).</li><li>Expert proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP (mandatory); Navisworks knowledge is a strong plus.</li><li>Deep understanding of ASHRAE 90.1, SMACNA DW/144, DEWA, Dubai Municipality, and Dubai Green Building Regulations.</li><li>Proven experience in full HVAC coordination (ducting, air handling, chilled water, VRF) across multiple disciplines.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail, drawing accuracy, and version control discipline.</li><li>Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.</li><li>Good English communication (Arabic is a plus).</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
