SENIOR HSE ENGINEERAbout the job SENIOR HSE ENGINEERWorking Hours06:30 to 18:30 (1 hour break)Contract TypeContract HireAir TicketRound trip - Economy class providedMedicalHealth Insurance providedFood & AccommodationProvided as per Company policySalaryAED 12,000 - 15,000 per month + Offshore AllowanceQualification (minimum)Bachelors Degree in an Engineering discipline / Health, Safety or Environmental SciencesNEBOSH, OHSAS, IOSH & Auditor CertificationExperience (minimum)12 years relevant HSE experience of which at least 8 years in operations within the Oil & Gas Industry at a Supervisory levelMinimum 5 year experience in Process design, FEED and Detail Engineering and EPCMinimum 5 year experience in HSE workshopsJob Description & ResponsibilitiesThe Senior HSE Engineer shall have responsibilities of plan and lead the development, management and effective implementation of Company/Department HSE objectives and targets across the projects.Ensure the compliance of statutory requirements including Environmental Agency requests & ADNOC code of practice (CoP), Client HSE policies and HSEMS.As well, project execution in any phases (assessment, design & FEED) shall be also essential, with a primary focus on safety design works and loss prevention studies.Review of HSE deliverables with the point of project management and engineering.Handle and manage the HSE of construction with ADNOC HSE requirements.Facilitate and ensure effective implementation of approved plans across project sites within set timelines for the smooth and successful completion of the projects.Facilitate timely preparation of regulatory compliance document and approval from government authorities.Job specific requirementsStrong knowledge of local and international legislation and regulations and best practice on HSE.Strong knowledge and experience in the application of process operation systems and technology in Oil & Gas sector.Strong knowledge of Environment Impact Assessment which shall be applicable at Abu Dhabi onshore & offshore.Subject Matter Expert for technical safety, risk management and loss prevention aspects in project execution.Knowledge of industrial best practices & HSE laws /regulations.Expert knowledge of all OH&S and other relevant safety regulations and standards.Excellent risk assessment and auditing skills.Excellent incident investigation skills.Key area of experienceHSE experience (Mandatory)Technical safety experience (Mandatory)EPC experience (Mandatory)#J-18808-Ljbffr
