The company is committed to improving patient outcomes through the development and delivery of innovative healthcare solutions while maintaining the highest standards of compliance, governance, and operational excellence.Operating in a highly regulated healthcare environment, the organisation continues to expand its presence across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, strengthening its commercial and operational capabilities to support sustainable growth.As part of their continued expansion in the Kingdom, they are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead financial operations, strengthen financial governance, and support strategic decision-making across the Saudi Arabia business.The RoleThe Senior Finance Manager will play a key leadership role within the Saudi Arabia finance function, ensuring strong financial governance, accurate financial reporting, and effective financial planning to support the company’s continued growth in the market.Reporting to the Regional Finance Director, this role will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, leading budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensuring full compliance with both corporate financial policies and local regulatory requirements.This position requires a commercially minded finance leader who can combine strong technical finance expertise with the ability to partner closely with commercial and operational teams within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Leadership: Lead the finance function for the Saudi Arabia business, ensuring strong financial governance, compliance, and operational efficiency.Financial Planning & Analysis: Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes while providing actionable insights to support business strategy and performance management.Financial Reporting: Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with group reporting standards.Compliance & Regulatory Governance: Ensure compliance with local Saudi regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and international financial reporting standards.Business Partnering: Partner closely with commercial, medical, and operational leadership teams to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making and sustainable growth.Internal Controls: Strengthen internal control frameworks and ensure adherence to financial policies, approval matrices, and governance processes.ERP & Finance Processes: Oversee financial systems and ensure finance processes are effectively aligned with organisational controls and reporting requirements.Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team in Saudi Arabia while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and financial discipline.Candidate ProfileWe are seeking a senior finance professional with strong financial leadership capabilities and experience operating within multinational organisations.Requirements10–14+ years of finance experience with strong exposure to financial planning, reporting, and financial governance.Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role such as Senior Finance Manager, Finance Manager, or Finance Business Partner.Experience working within multinational organisations operating in regulated industries.Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal control frameworks.Experience partnering with commercial teams to support business growth and strategic decision-making.Previous experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences sector is highly preferred.Experience working within ERP-driven finance environments.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.Professional qualification required (CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA, or equivalent).Why This Role?This is an excellent opportunity to take on a senior finance leadership role within a global pharmaceutical organisation operating in one of the region’s most dynamic and strategically imp
