Cleaning & Maintenance StrategyCoordinate integration of:Building Maintenance Units (BMU)Davits and monorail systemsSafe access for cleaningRequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil, or Structural Engineering12+ years of experience in façade engineering with multi-project exposureExperience in Shop drawing and technical submittal review (including structural calculations, thermal analysis, method statements), Material submittals review (aluminum profiles, glass, gasket, sealant, insulation, fixing accessories), performance testing, mockups (visual mock ups, performance mock ups, laboratory testing, site testing, etc.).Must have experience in execution and site supervision, and control over quality of façade installation (monitor installation, alignments, anchoring/fixing, glazing procedures, etc.).Experience in coordination with Main Contractor and Facade sub-contractor.* While we carefully review all applications, only candidates meeting the specified requirements will be contacted for further consideration.
