Key RequirementsProven expertise in loose furniture estimation, including: Kitchen cabinets, Door frames, Wardrobes, etcStrong knowledge of material take-offs, BOQs, cost estimation, and pricingAbility to interpret drawings and specifications accuratelyJob DescriptionAnalyze the quantities based on the specifications, drawings, and materials required as well as manpower resources.Identify labor, material, and time requirements from proposals and related documents.Prepare Bill of Quantities, maximizing legitimate project quantities by adhering to contractual measurement methods and the required standards/quality established with the client.Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other resources to establish a project budget.Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for timber, boards, veneers, laminates, hardware, and finishes.Coordinate with suppliers, sending enquiries for outsourced items and following up on quotations.Evaluate supplier prices and select cost-effective options that meet quality standards.Perform comparison and negotiation with suppliers and contractors.Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate prices, and establish long‑term relationships with vendors to secure quality materials and services.Attend meetings as required to perceive client requirements and provide necessary advice for project optimization.Establish trust and confidence to build lasting relationships with client counterparts.UAE Driving License – Preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
