SENIOR ERP SYSTEM ANALYST

Work with functional business units to understand their business processes, KPI’s, organization structure and recommend/build work-flow solutions and reports that are global and scalableWork with IT/ERP systems deployment teams for configuration changes, workflows, business process related scripts, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports, and dashboardsHelp administrators, department managers, super-users and end-users to effectively and efficiently utilize IT/ERP Systems functionalityManage and ensure resolution for all internal IT/ERP Systems related projects, upgrades and change requestsDocument, maintain and update system-level customizations as well as training materialsAssists with functional migration to the new IT/ERP systems, data conversion, data cleansing, de-duplication, and data maintenance effortsCollaborate with the functional teams and business partners to create and execute system test plans and user acceptance testingProvide monthly reports/feedback to Group IT Director/ ERP Manager on over all IT/ERP activitiesOther duties requested by management in support of team work as & when requiredDEVELOP YOUR CAREER WITH INDUSTRY LEADERSNMDC Group is always looking for talented individuals to join our team.
