Be ready to make your mark in a top company, in an exciting and dynamic industry.ResponsibilitiesLead the team of Network EngineersSupport production networks across domestic, international, and public cloudsNetwork administration and performance tuningHigh‑availability managementNetwork performance and problem managementIdentify and fix security vulnerabilitiesVendor/OEM coordinationParticipate in application DR activities from the Networks sideMajor incidents/Severity 1 call handling and leading to resolution across multiple teams>Preparation of the RCA (Root Cause Analysis)Adhere to Change Management ProcessMentor other team members and junior engineersImplement industry‑best practices (Service Improvement Plans)Document risks/SPOF in network designsActively participate in various technology projects as a SPOC from the Network Operations teamWork across multiple Service Delivery Teamsli>Qualifications5–10 years of experience in networking design and operationsAbility to coach and guide a team of engineersAbility to identify requirements and create a solution architecture that meets identified requirementsProvide specialized hardware/software/network problem diagnosis and resolution for the bank’s networkKnowledge of AWS and Azure architectural principles and key networking services such as AWS Global Infrastructure, VPC, S3, EC2, Route , Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, MS Azure VNet, VNet‑Pe, Private Link, vWAN, ExpressRoute, Firewall, Load BalancerAbility to integrate as a cross‑functional, team player in a fast‑paced environment where all information is sharedAbility to lead design, configuration and deployment of network projectsRouting, switching and wireless technologies and corresponding protocolsNAT, VPN, encryption methods and technologies, MPLS configurationNetwork Access Control technologiesWAN optimization and SD‑WANExperience in troubleshooting and fixing common misconfigurations and performing root cause analysis for any of the above technologiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills with FAB and internal teams, IT leadership and support teams during conference callsAbility to implement changes as required based on the nature of an issue, proactively and reactively look for solutions to prevent problemsHands‑on experience in designing interactive applications, automation solutions or service management solutions (Cisco DNA, Cisco Nexus Dashboard, MSO, IPAM tool)Strong analytical and reasoning skills with an ability to visualize processes and outcomesExperience in system performance monitoring and tuningIntegrates software or existing solutions with existing systemsAbility to develop test plans and quality assurance proceduresRecommended changes in policies and proceduresSeniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionEngineering and Information TechnologyIndustriesBanking#J-18808-Ljbffr
