Commissioning Planning & CoordinationReview and validate commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules.Coordinate with EPC contractors, vendors, and operations teams.Ensure readiness for pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.Commissioning procedures & plansSystem handover certificatesEnergization approvalsCommissioning dossiers2. Electrical Systems CommissioningSupervise commissioning of:HV/MV/LV switchgearTransformersUPS systems & battery banksMotor Control Centers (MCCs)Electrical drives and motorsEarthing & lightning protection systemsWitness FAT, SAT, and site acceptance tests.3. Pre-Commissioning & TestingEnsure proper execution of:Cable testing (IR, Hi-Pot, continuity)Relay protection testing and coordinationFunctional and loop checksVerify system completion and punch list clearance.4. Compliance & StandardsEnsure all activities comply with:ADNOC standardsIEC / IEEE standardsProject specifications and HSE requirementsEnforce PTW (Permit to Work) and LOTO procedures.5. Interface ManagementAct as focal point between:EPC contractorClient (ADNOC)Operations & maintenance teamsSupport smooth system handover and startup.6.
