The company is committed to delivering reliable, high-quality, and cost-effective solutions that ensure the smooth and efficient operation of client facilities across healthcare, industrial, and commercial sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesReview RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents.Analyze scope of work, technical specifications, and contract conditions.Identify Electrical system requirements.Conducting site visits gather asset information and prepare assessing reportPrepare detailed bids, including labor, material, and equipment costs, for submission to clients or stakeholdersHighlight ambiguities, risks, and missing information.Maintain accurate records of estimates, proposals, and project costs for future reference and audit purposesParticipate in pre-bid meetings and site visits.Perform detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.Estimate material, spare parts, tools, and equipment costs.Assess subcontractor quotations and compare commercially and technically.Develop detailed cost breakdown structures (CBS).Support development of cash flow projections.Identify commercial and technical risks.Evaluate asset condition and lifecycle risk.Ensure alignment between technical solutions and commercial pricing.Maintain supplier and subcontractor database.Education & SkillsMinimum 5–8 years of experience in electrical estimation (FM preferred).Experience in O&M or Integrated FM contracts.Strong knowledge of lifecycle costing.Excellent analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients, vendors, and project teams.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects at onceWorking ConditionsFull-time position with site visits required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
