Senior Document Controller – Oil & Gas EPC (FEED)

We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our multidisciplinary engineering team for an ADNOC Offshore/Onshore project during the FEED and EPC phases. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in document management systems, handling engineering documentation, and ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards and project procedures.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage and control project documentation during FEED and EPC phases in accordance with ADNOC standards and project requirements.Maintain document control systems for incoming and outgoing engineering documents, drawings, and vendor submissions.Ensure proper document numbering, revision control, distribution, and archiving.Track and update document status, including submissions, approvals, and comments.Coordinate with engineering disciplines, vendors, and client for timely document flow and approvals.Prepare transmittals, maintain document registers, and ensure accuracy of records.Support audits by ensuring document compliance with project and quality procedures.Handle technical queries (TQs), correspondence, and filing in line with project protocols.Ensure timely delivery and retrieval of documents as per project schedules.KEY QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.8–12 years of experience as a Document Controller in oil & gas or EPC projects.Strong experience in ADNOC or GCC projects is preferred.Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., Aconex, EDMS).Good knowledge of document control procedures and workflows.Proficiency in MS Office applications.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple documents flows efficiently.VERTICALENGINEERING#J-18808-Ljbffr
