Senior Director - Product Management

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a highly experienced and visionary Senior Director - Product Management to lead our product strategy across our exciting projects in the entertainment and leisure sectors. This leadership role will involve overseeing the development and management of innovative products that align with Qiddiya's mission to create world-class entertainment experiences. As the Senior Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision and strategy, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products from concept to launch. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to ensure that product initiatives align with business goals and customer needs. Key Responsibilities Develop and drive the overall product strategy in alignment with Qiddiya's long term objectives and vision Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers to achieve their goals and foster a culture of innovation and accountability Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and customer insights that inform product decisions Define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage roadmaps based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement initiatives Present product updates, strategy, and performance metrics to executive leadership and stakeholders Foster strong relationships with external partners and vendors to leverage synergies and align on product initiatives Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to ensure Qiddiya remains at the forefront of innovation in the entertainment sector Requirements 15+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of successfully launching consumer-focused products Strong experience in the entertainment, hospitality, or leisure sectors is highly preferred Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) Benefits Comprehensive benefits package
