Senior Data Engineer / BI Consultant (Microsoft Fabric, OneLake&Yardi Integration)

<div><p>We are seeking an experienced technical professional or strategic partner to support the enhancement and modernization of our current data architecture and reporting ecosystem. Our existing solutions are facing performance limitations and technical challenges, and we are looking to redesign components, optimize workflows, and implement new reporting capabilities using cutting-edge Microsoft technologies.</p><h3><b>About the Role</b></h3><p>The selected candidate will play a key role in transforming our current data and reporting framework. This includes integrating Microsoft Fabric and OneLake, improving the performance and stability of existing systems, leveraging Yardi Data Connect, and building advanced dashboards and reports to support operational and strategic decision-making.</p><h3><b>Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>Assess the current data environment, identify issues, and propose actionable improvements.</li><li>Design and implement optimized data pipelines and models using<b>Microsoft Fabric and OneLake</b>.</li><li>Integrate and work with<b>Yardi Data Connect / Yardi Voyager</b>to streamline data flow and reporting.</li><li>Develop and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting solutions using<b>Power BI</b>.</li><li>Redesign and enhance system architecture to ensure scalability, performance, and data reliability.</li><li>Apply best practices in data governance, documentation, and performance optimization.</li><li>Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.</li></ul><h3><b>Required Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>Proven experience with<b>Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, and Data Lakehouse Architecture</b>.</li><li>Hands‑on experience integrating<b>Yardi Voyager or Yardi Data Connect</b>(required or highly preferred).</li><li>Strong proficiency in<b>Power BI</b>, including data modeling, DAX, and performance tuning.</li><li>Experience with developing<b>ETL/ELT pipelines</b>(Fabric Pipelines, Synapse, or Azure Data Factory).</li><li>Strong command of<b>SQL</b>; Python experience is a plus.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing systems.</li></ul><h3><b>Professional Skills</b></h3><ul><li>Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently and deliver end‑to‑end technical solutions.</li><li>Excellent communication and documentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders.</li></ul><h3><b>Engagement Model</b></h3><ul><li>Remote work is available.</li><li>Full‑time role or contract engagement depending on profile and fit.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
